All our products are manufactured with the highest quality level. We can help ensure that what you are having produced is validated to your specifications, whether we are producing it or if you want us to validate your vendor. Make sure the specs you are requiring are actually being met. Incorrectly stated data is a common issue in the glove industry, and we strive to fix that. We are also happy to arrange testing for chemical permeation for your gloves. If there are specific chemicals that you know your customers are going to be exposing themselves to when wearing you gloves make sure that the glove can hold up to the job.

Are you having your glove produced as a biodegradable product? We are the industry leader when it comes to sustainability. We can validate that the claims of your vendor are in fact true. Don’t stake your reputation on something that isn’t true. We can also audit the factory to validate their sustainability programs as well. Do you trust a biodegradable manufacturer that doesn’t actually practice?

Need additional testing to ensure your product performs the way it should? Our QC team is happy to validate. We can check the performance of your grip, the concentration of your aloe coating.

Post processing is a standard practice for Shen Wei when producing gloves, but this is not something that is standard in the industry. After production we can validate your vendor’s product to determine the levels of residual chemicals on your gloves. Depending on who will be using these gloves this could be a very critical part of making sure that your product can support your customers.

Although Shen Wei has made a name for itself on the single use side of hand protection, we know far more. We have experience working with Chemical Resistant reusable gloves as well as reusable work gloves. Our QC team is trained to validate cut resistances of gloves. Don’t put yourself at a liability by accepting that the factory cut level claim is correct. We can help make sure that the gloves will in fact meet the cut level.

Our regular practice is to sample and inspect batches from all our production. This will ensure the chances of an issue with the product to be limited.

Shen Wei doesn’t take product quality lightly. If we are producing something for you, you will know that it will live up to expectations and should something arise in which the product doesn’t perform or look as it then we will make it right. Complaint issues are not a fun experience, but we will make it easy.

Compliance is the unsung hero of the Shen Wei Team. Typically, things are moving so easily that you don’t even know they are there, but they are working behind the scenes to make everything work. Should the need arise, they are there to step in and help.

Our compliance team is well versed in dealing with the FDA. They know how to work with them to remedy any situation and likewise they know how to provide any documentation required. We can determine accurate determination of classification of goods. We can review documentation for 510(K) and make sure everything is good, as well as validate Medical Device registration and listings. Shen Wei is a US Authorized Agent and will step in to help whenever needed. We have successfully worked through import alerts for our customers as well as worked through removal petitions. Should the need arise for inspection of goods in the US we can help to arrange third party testing to get the problem resolved. Should the need arise that you require assistance with the registration process with the FDA or require services from a US based agent SW has the capabilities to help facilitate.

Compliance is always one of the difficult tasks of building any new product. Shen Wei is happy to support. We have done our research and we fully understand the requirements for CE Marking (Both MDR and PPE) and we can provide guidance when it comes to UK conformity. We can review and help with interpretation of product standards as well as review product labels to make sure that you are in compliance with regulations for the products’ destination. For your technical documentation we can help to create, review and maintain the information so that you don’t have to. Should something change with the production of your product, rest assured that we will make sure the information is updated in your technical specs. We are in full compliance with Health and Environmental Regulations. We can make sure that you are in compliance with: REACH, CA Prop 65, TSCA, Food Contact, FTC etc.
